Kits Ideas Lists

Every effective kit starts with…

Every effective kit starts with knowing what you need to feel regulated. Get the assessing for accommodations sheet and figure out which tools are essential for your Autistic comfort in different settings. Then gather your things, an appropriately sized bag, and muster up a spirit for adventure (optional) and go forth into this great big world.

Solid advice, huh? No? You need more ideas of what to put in each kit based on where you will be using it? Yeah, I hear you. I can do that!

Feel free to take these lists and remix and remake them to fit your specific needs. Remember a kit is only valuable if it helps you.
